Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of data science products, including predictive models and analytics capabilities. You will lead Product Managers, partner with Data Science and Data Engineering, and ensure solutions are scalable, governed, and delivers measurable business value.

You will align roadmaps with enterprise objectives, manage investments, and drive model performance, interpretability, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and multi-year roadmaps for data science products.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage portfolio governance, model performance thresholds, validation, and interpretability.
• Lead lifecycle from release readiness to post-deployment monitoring and recalibration.
• Collaborate with data governance, privacy, legal and risk teams.
