Job summary

City of Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Director for the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) within the Office of Business Impact and Economic Advancement. You will lead data collection, analytics, and reporting, managing the OEO data agenda and coordinating with city departments to ensure data integrity.

You will supervise one Information Management Analyst II, oversee quarterly reports and the OEO Annual Report, and drive digital initiatives to improve program capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative focus and 7+ years in economic development or business settings.
• Master’s degree in business administration, statistics or related field (preferred).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for quarterly participation reports.
• Write and oversee narrative and data portions of the OEO Annual Report.
• Oversee the production of the Disparity Study.
• Provide monthly/quarterly data reports and ad hoc data requests.
• Maintain OEO software (e.g., B2GNow) and data systems.
• Supervise one analyst and coordinate with OEO Attorney on reports.
