Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in data engineering, database development, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Preferred experience with healthcare data tools and systems such as Epic Clarity/Caboodle, Power BI, Azure, Axiom, or Premier.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and technical administration of the enterprise data warehouse, lake house, and related analytical data platforms.
• Lead development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL objects, integrations, interfaces, and automated data-processing workflows.
• Provide the technical data foundation supporting enterprise Business Intelligence, Finance, and organizational reporting.
• Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and integration.
• Supervise, develop, and prioritize the work of assigned data engineering and technical staff.
