• Experience delivering complex technical programs on time.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent.
• Strong command of engineering management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data platform engineers.
• Own the recruitment lifecycle for the team.
• Manage the health of the team's delivery system.
• Establish clear team-level SLAs and incident response processes.
