Digitas North America is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage a team of Data Ops Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will guide data quality, governance, and engineering for critical marketing data pipelines.

The role requires strong SQL and data visualization expertise with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, plus experience with Google Analytics and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). A four-year degree and prior leadership in an agency setting are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong experience in analytics within advertising or agencies.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Data Ops Analysts and Senior Analysts, guiding daily responsibilities and growth.
• Guide the data engineering team to ensure high data quality for data pipelines.
• Review SQL scripts and dataflows in Alteryx and Google Dataprep.
• Oversee data quality checks and remediation across marketing data systems.
• Maintain data governance, processing, and reporting.
• Drive data-informed decision-making and reporting improvements.
