JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a visionary Head of Data Management & Engineering for its CIB Marketing data leadership team in New York.

You will shape the data strategy, oversee data engineering, data products, and governance to enable scalable analytics, marketing decisions, and AI adoption. You will lead teams responsible for data pipelines, architecture and reusable data products, partnering with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk functions to

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data engineering, architecture and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data management and engineering strategy for CIB Marketing across teams.
• Lead data engineering/architecture, integration, AI/ML modeling, and data products.
• Own data and controls for global email audience targeting and list management incl. sanctions screening.
• Establish and manage multi-year roadmap for data capabilities supporting marketing measurement and analytics.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions, modeling, transformation, and governance.
• Build reusable data products that span lines of business and use cases.
• Establish data product and portfolio management disciplines with roadmaps and adoption metrics.
• Ensure governance across data lifecycle including quality, metadata and privacy.
• Communicate trade-offs and risks to senior stakeholders clearly.
• Recruit and retain high-performing technical talent and foster accountable delivery.
