Steven.com is hiring a Head of Data Intelligence to own the data estate end-to-end, spanning data infrastructure, applied AI, and business intelligence. You will lead a small growing team and report to the CITO, contributing hands-on leadership and architectural guidance.

The role requires building durable data pipelines, governance, and privacy controls across UK/US jurisdictions, while delivering actionable insights to internal and external customers.

Formación

• Proven experience leading data functions in a fast-moving business.
• Hands-on experience with applied AI/ML in production.
• Experience managing data compliance in UK/US contexts, especially GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data estate audit, governance, and GDPR/compliance posture.
• Build, operate, and evolve data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Lead BI build-out and automated reporting across functions.
• Manage and grow the Data Intelligence team; align data strategy with business goals.
