Job summary

WPP is seeking an Associate Director, Data Enablement & Reporting in New York to lead end-to-end data-to-dashboard workflows, oversee reporting infrastructure, data integration, QA, dashboards, and governance, partnering with analytics, activation, planning, data science, clients, and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data-to-dashboard workflow from media extraction to analytics handoff.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and recurring deliverables.
• Guide the team in SQL, data modeling, and data engineering practices for scalable solutions.
• Establish data quality, validation, reconciliation, taxonomy, and governance for paid media data.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis with cross-team solutions.
• Define requirements for new data sources and lead integration strategies.
• Oversee reporting production and QA to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage onshore and offshore team through clear priorities and coaching.
• Partner with Wendy’s clients and stakeholders to explain reporting solutions clearly.
• Maintain documentation and identify process improvements to streamline tasks.
