Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Data Enablement and Reporting Lead to drive end-to-end data-to-dashboard workflows for the Wendy's business. You will oversee data integration, transformation, QA, dashboards, and governance while coordinating with analytics, activation, planning, data science, and clients.

This role combines technical leadership with operational ownership and mentoring of onshore and offshore teams. A hybrid office model and a strong benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in BI, reporting, data enablement or related tech discipline.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting delivery.
• Strong SQL across datasets and multiple data sources.
• ETL, data transformation, data modeling, and governance experience.
• Experience with paid media or agency reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data-to-dashboard workflow across extraction, transformation, QA and delivery.
• Oversee development and maintenance of reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Guide team in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data engineering practices.
• Maintain data quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance processes.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement improvements across sources and models.
• Define data-source requirements and lead connections and reporting integration.
• Oversee production and QA, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
• Manage onshore and offshore team with clear priorities and coaching.
• Explain reporting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document processes and drive operational improvements.
