Job summary

Old National Bank invites a Data Enablement Director to lead the adoption and expansion of our enterprise data product strategy across six domains. You will report to the Chief Data Technology Officer, guiding data catalogs, governance, and enablement to align with business goals.

You will build data literacy, design enablement programs, and partner with HR and leadership to embed data fluency at scale. This role requires executive communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in data management, analytics, or data strategy; at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience driving adoption of enterprise data platforms and self-service analytics.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms and data products frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of ONB's enterprise data product strategy across lines of business.
• Champion the internal data marketplace, data catalog, and data product framework.
• Bridge data producers and consumers to maximize data literacy and impact.
• Oversee data enablement programs and training across the bank.
• Collaborate with HR and LOB leadership to embed data fluency in onboarding.
