The role partners with senior leaders to align data strategy with regulatory and business goals, ensuring scalable, governed data capabilities and platform adoption.

The ideal candidate leads data governance, architecture standards, and data product initiatives, guiding teams in data modeling, warehousing, and analytics across banking segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Alternate: High School Diploma or GED with 14+ years in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes, Cognos and SAS

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data architecture, information architecture, and data governance across the Bank.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive data strategy, innovation, and policy.
• Oversee data warehouse operations, profiling, and data quality initiatives.
• Guide teams on data modeling, data products, and platform adoption across segments.
• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to direct reports and staff.
