Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years industrial security experience.
• At least 5 years of management and leadership in security.
• On-site work in Santa Teresa, NM—live within 1 hour commutable distance.
• Broad expertise of industry regulations and compliance for physical security operations.
• Experience in crisis management at corporate level.
• Working knowledge of security technology resources including access control/CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction for GPS data center security program and initiatives.
• Manage security guard force at internal and external data center locations.
• Coordinate with Oracle Lines of Business and regulators to ensure security compliance (SSAE 18, ISO, PCI).
• Forecast budgets, prepare service budgets, and manage invoicing and payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service compliance with requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of contracted security staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
