Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of industrial security experience with 5+ years in management within data center security.
• Onsite work in Santa Teresa, NM within commuting distance.
• Broad knowledge of SSAE 18, ISO, PCI and other security compliance standards.
• Crisis management experience at corporate level.
• Working knowledge of access control and CCTV systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction to implement GPS security programs across data centers.
• Oversee guard force management at internal and external data centers.
• Coordinate with business units and regulators to maintain compliance with SSAE 18, ISO, PCI.
• Oversee incident response and crisis management processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and vendor invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant service delivery.
