Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior security leader for the Global Physical Security (GPS) operations focused on hyperscale data center security. The role oversees guard force management, incident response, risk assessments, and investigations, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Security Operations.

On-site role in Shackelford, TX. The candidate will manage budgets, drive security programs, and collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to meet ISO, SOC1&2, NIST, FedRamp, HIPAA and PCI

Qualifications

• 15 years of industrial security experience, plus 7+ years in senior management/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations and compliance for data centers.
• Crisis management experience at corporate level.
• Familiarity with access control and video surveillance technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels up to executives.
• Customer service orientation and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction for GPS data center security programs.
• Lead physical security management and budgeting for security services.
• Oversee incident response and crisis management within GPS.
• Collaborate with data center build projects for security design and operation regimes.
• Manage security partner/vendor relations within hyperscale data centers.
• Coordinate with GSOC, Risk & Investigations, and other security teams.
