Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Hyperscale Data Center Security Operations to lead the GPS security program for hyperscale facilities in North America. You will drive security strategy, governance, and day-to-day management, coordinating across security teams and external partners.

The role requires extensive security leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage complex budgets and incident response.

Qualifications

• 15 years of industrial security experience, with senior management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for physical security and data centers
• Crisis management experience at the corporate level

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction for GPS security programs.
• Manage budgets related to security services and programs.
• Lead incident response and investigations.
• Lead data center security projects and restructurings.
• Develop business plans to ensure performance and customer service.
• Oversee security partner/vendor relations in the region.
• Collaborate with GSOC and other security teams.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for program delivery.
