LoanPro is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics in Farmington, UT to lead our internal analytics function and translate business needs into scalable data solutions. You will build dashboards, govern metrics, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support strategic decisions.

The role demands a hands-on leader with deep SQL skills, data modeling expertise, and a track record of delivering trusted analytics in a SaaS/Fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a closely related field with hands-on development and leadership in SaaS/Fintech.
• Deep SQL fluency and experience building data models, pipelines, and transformations in cloud data warehouses.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports that non-technical stakeholders trust and use.
• Strong grasp of financial, operational, and sales metrics and translating questions into data solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models used by Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
• Own analytics strategy and roadmap, balancing architecture with business needs.
• Define authoritative metric definitions and ensure a trusted source of truth for business metrics.
• Serve as primary analytics resource for cross-functional leaders and translate business questions into analytics work.
• Represent analytics in LoanPro's Data Chapter and collaborate with Data Engineering on shared standards.
• Evaluate and govern analytics tooling and vendor relationships to ensure maintainability.
• Plan for growth: evolve from IC to managing an Analytics Engineering team.
