Job summary

Genworth is seeking a Director of Strategic Insights to lead analytics, shape data-driven strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability across Genworth and CareScout. You will deliver insights, strategy, and datasets to inform decision-making at senior levels.

The role builds and mentors a cohesive analytics team, advancing data storytelling and decision support across the organization while collaborating with stakeholders on complex business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of analytics/data experience in a dynamic environment.
• At least 5 years of direct leadership experience.
• Strong ability to present clear, data-driven stories to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts spanning Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Science.
• Develop and implement the BI strategy to ensure timely, accurate analytics across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
