RentSpree is seeking a Head of Data in Seattle to lead our Data organization, spanning Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Strategy. This player-coach role reports to the CTO and owns the data platform as a strategic asset driving ML-powered products.

You'll partner with executives, scale analytics self-serve, govern data, and build a high-performing team across Seattle and Bangkok. Hybrid work 2 days in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data, including 3+ years directly leading an analytics or data science team.
