Quest Diagnostics Inc. seeks a visionary Director of AI & Data Transformation to lead multi-year strategy, build high-performing teams, and scale automation across Workforce Health Solutions.

In this senior role you will partner with executives to identify high-impact AI use cases, deploys predictive models and LLMs, drive governance and data privacy, and champion organizational change to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with success in building and retaining technical teams.
• Proven ROI-driven AI and automation deployments with measurable business value.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Alteryx/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year AI and automation strategy with KPIs to measure impact.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead AI, data, and automation teams.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases and optimize processes.
• Oversee AI/automation projects from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Establish governance for AI/Automation, ensuring privacy, ethics, and risk management.
• Lead change management and communicate AI value to executives.
