Job summary

Crisp is building out its Customs division and seeks a Customs Creative Manager who can lead a multidisciplinary team of print, design, carpentry, and fabrication specialists. You will translate client concepts into actionable plans, maintain schedules, and drive on-budget, high-quality builds while collaborating closely with the rental sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Customs team across Print Lead, design, carpentry, paint, and welding/fabrication; keep disciplines aligned and moving.
• Translate client vision into buildable plans with specs, deadlines, and standards.
• Partner with rental sales to convert client conversations into scoped, schedulable projects.
• Quote and estimate custom builds, manage labor, materials, and margins; protect profitability.
• Own quality control and create SOPs, templates, and workflows to scale operations.
• Support capacity planning, equipment decisions, and continuous process improvements.
• Handle after-hours work rhythms during peak event seasons and ensure on-time delivery.
