Job summary

AngelList’s Nova payments network is hiring a Success & Solutions Lead to own the customer side of the network. You’ll start by supporting customers hands-on, learning where things break, and building the systems that replace manual work.

You’ll manage the Solutions team, report to the Head of Customer Relations, and collaborate with Nova’s GM. This role is based in New York City, offering a path to shape scaling operations as the business grows.

• Own the customer side of Nova payments network within AngelList.
• Support customers hands-on, diagnose where processes break, and build scalable systems to replace manual work.
