You will guide customers through their visibility journey, manage a book of customers, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Leadership to drive value and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in account management, consulting, or customer success, with strong communication, leadership, and analytical

Qualifications

• Senior Manager, Customer Success with leadership of a CSM team.
• Experience guiding customers through a value-driven usage journey.
• Track record of improving churn, expansion, and customer health.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and manage a book of customers.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention, Customer Satisfaction, and account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Leadership to scale success.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback on CS Playbooks.
• Develop routines for account planning, risk mitigation, and expansion.
• Travel approximately 25% for client site visits.
