Job summary

Spiko is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead and scale our customer operations team. You will define success metrics, oversee onboarding for API users, and shape the customer experience as the user base expands globally.

Reporting to the co-founder, you’ll drive automation, standards, and partnerships to maintain a Tier-1 customer experience. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer success or operations, fluency in French and English, and experience with tools like Intercom or

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Operations leading teams.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and fast-paced growth environments.
• Proficiency with CS tools like Intercom or Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the CS team from day one as we grow users from 3,000 to 100,000+.
• Define KPIs for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Design AI-driven workflows to automate support without headcount growth.
• Own knowledge bases for real-time product insights for partners and staff.
• Collaborate with Product and Compliance to voice customer needs on the roadmap.
