Job summary

S&P Global seeks a Senior Director of Customer Experience, UAT & Quality Engineering to set enterprise quality standards and drive automation, release governance, and customer journey validation across technology portfolios.

This leadership role requires deep expertise in enterprise quality transformation, AI-enabled testing, DevOps, and cloud platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or technology delivery leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Quality Engineering teams with automation transformations.
• Proven track record in enterprise UAT strategy and customer journey validation.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience with automation platforms.
• Deep expertise in Customer Experience Assurance, UAT, test automation, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks and API testing.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations with executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise model for customer experience assurance and UAT, ensuring releases align with customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Align product, business, and engineering leaders around a disciplined UAT strategy and governance.
• Define and execute multi-year strategy for Customer Experience Assurance, UAT, and Quality Engineering across portfolios.
• Establish executive governance for readiness, release excellence, and quality controls.
• Lead development of automated launch verification and quality observability to reduce defects.
