Job summary
Squarespace is seeking a Senior Director of Product for the Client Engagement Group to lead strategy and execution for CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications. The role offers on-site hybrid options at the NYC HQ or remote within the United States, reporting to the President and shaping senior product leadership.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience in customer engagement, CRM, or marketing.
- 5+ years leading and developing product teams in multi‑product environments.
- Deep familiarity with customer engagement and email service providers.
- Proven track record owning revenue‑generating product lines.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG.
- Own Email Campaigns business line end-to-end with revenue focus.
- Prioritize investments to build a full-featured customer engagement platform.
- Lead and mentor product managers across multiple lines.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver outcomes.
- Partner across Squarespace ecosystem for integration.
- Champion use of data and AI for smarter automation and personalization.
- Shape processes and standards for senior product leadership.
