Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA seeks a Director, Customer Data and Insights to define and execute the customer data strategy, analytics function, and platforms across the Digital Fleet org. Lead governance, deliver a 360-degree view of the customer journey by integrating website engagement, marketing, product usage, and post-sales data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing, data or CS is required.
• Master's degree in engineering, data science, analytics, or marketing is preferred.
• HubSpot CRM certification at hire or within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the customer data strategy and governance framework.
• Own end-to-end CRM platform ownership and optimization (HubSpot).
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and monthly SaaS reporting for execs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance on data-driven decisions.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive data literacy across the organization.
