Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA is seeking a Director, Customer Data and Insights to define and run the customer data strategy, analytics, and operational platforms across Penske's Digital Fleet organization.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, this role owns the vision, governance, and 360-degree view of the customer journey. The successful candidate will lead a data and business-analyst team, oversee CRM best practices, and drive data-driven decision making that improves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing, data or CS required.
• Master's degree in engineering, data science, analytics or marketing preferred.
• HubSpot CRM certification required at hire or within 90 days.
• 10+ years of experience in CRM administration, revenue operations, CS operations or analytics.
• 5+ years in people management or leadership role.
• Experience leading a CRM implementation from scoping to go-live.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights for executives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• CRM platform ownership: lead HubSpot implementation, config, and optimization.
• Develop and govern the enterprise customer data model and 360 view.
• Build dashboards and reporting for Sales, Product, CS and executives.
• Deliver monthly SaaS reporting with narrative interpretation.
• Drive data governance, integrity, and compliance standards.
• Partner with Revenue and Finance on forecasting and performance.
• Lead a high-performing data analytics team.
