Job summary

Penske is seeking a Director, Customer Data and Insights to define the customer data strategy, analytics function, and operational platforms across the Digital Fleet organization. You will own CRM governance, data models, and dashboards, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, data or computer science required.
• Master’s degree in engineering, data science, analytics, or marketing preferred.
• HubSpot CRM certification required at time of hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM platform ownership and optimization (HubSpot).
• Own customer data strategy and 360-degree data model across systems.
• Define and govern SaaS metrics, dashboards, and narratives for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to standardize metrics.
• Build and lead a data analytics team and drive data literacy.
• Drive data governance, quality, and compliance across platforms.
• Report on churn, retention, NRR, expansion, and health metrics.
