Knox is seeking a Director of Customer and Community Marketing in the United States to lead day‑to‑day customer marketing and engagement initiatives. You will translate priorities into practical plans, campaigns, and customer experiences, coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will drive the customer go‑to‑market launch program, turning FedRAMP milestones into joint announcements, stories, events, and opportunities to connect with government buyers.

Qualifications

• >5-7+ years in B2B customer marketing, engagement, and growth.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer launches, campaigns and advocacy.
• Coordinate messaging across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Lead customer go-to-market launches with joint announcements, stories, events, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Develop reusable assets and content for federal buyers and partners.
• Maintain intake forms, templates, and playbooks to streamline content delivery.
