Job summary

Qualco Group in the United States (Ohio) seeks a Lead, Credit & Lending Operations to own the credit lifecycle and build scalable, automation-first processes. The role oversees automated decisioning, lending operations, and compliance, while partnering with engineering to implement policy-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in banking operations, strong operational leadership, and fluency in English and Greek, with a proactive, action‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration (or related field).
• 6+ years in operations within a banking/credit environment.
• Experience in credit operations—underwriting, loan servicing, or collections.

Responsibilities

• Own the credit & lending operating model with automation-first design.
• Oversee automated credit decisioning and monitor scoring/decision accuracy.
• Manage the automated loan lifecycle: booking, disbursement, repayment, arrears.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update templates with Legal/Compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate Credit Policy into automated rules.
