Job summary

Trybe is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale its creator programs internationally. You will recruit, coach, and support creators to craft compelling stories for paid ads and organic content, while aligning with brand owners’ goals.

This role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and collaboration with growth, marketing, and product teams. You’ll expand the program to Australia, UK, Europe, and beyond, adapting briefs for local audiences.

Job description

You’ll recruit, support, and coach creators to share their Trybe success stories through paid ads and organic content. You’ll also help creators produce content that shows brand owners how Trybe can help grow their businesses and encourages them to join the platform.

A major priority is expanding our creator programs internationally, starting with Australia, the UK, Europe, and beyond. You’ll identify local creators and help them develop content that speaks to their markets.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands creators, knows what makes content effective, and can build and run a growing program.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own Trybe’s creator program: Manage the process from recruiting and onboarding to content submissions, feedback, and ongoing creator relationships.
• Recruit great creators: Identify creators with compelling stories, strong content skills, and an authentic connection to Trybe.
• Coach creators on content: Help creators turn their experiences into strong hooks, clear stories, and effective content while keeping their individual voices.
• Create content for both audiences: Develop creator stories that encourage more creators to join Trybe, plus content that demonstrates Trybe’s value to brand owners.
• Lead international expansion: Build creator programs in Australia, the UK, Europe, and additional markets, adapting briefs and messaging to local audiences.
• Partner with the growth team: Coordinate content priorities and testing, review performance, and use those insights to improve future content.
• Keep the program organized: Own creator communications, briefs, deadlines, submissions, and follow‑ups.
• Help creators succeed: Make sure participants understand what strong content looks like and have the guidance they need to improve.

Qualifications

• An independent operator who can take ownership, build processes, and move quickly.

Bonus: You’re already a Trybe creator, have created successful paid social content, or have experience building creator programs across multiple countries.

We’d love to hire someone from within the Trybe community. You’re welcome to continue creating content on Trybe, but this is a full‑time role with ownership of building and growing the program.
