This role combines creator partnership strategy with hands-on production, helping identify talent for client opportunities and guiding creators from initial outreach through content development, approval and distribution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience sourcing, evaluating and developing partnerships with creators for branded content or digital campaigns.
• Experience guiding creators through content production: briefing, scripting and revisions.
• Experience developing creator, social media or branded content strategies based on client objectives and platforms.
• Experience working directly with creators, clients and cross-functional teams in campaign development.
• Strong negotiation skills for creator fees and managing campaign budgets.

• Develop creator partnership strategies that align client objectives with platforms, formats and talent.
• Source and vet creators based on experience, audience, platform presence and campaign fit.
• Negotiate creator fees and manage campaign budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison for creators from outreach through content development and posting.
• Guide creators through briefing, scripting and revisions to keep content on-brand and timely.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to prepare recommendations and proposals for RFPs and pitches.
• Create sales materials and case studies showcasing WP Studios' creator capabilities.
• Coordinate client review and approval and support distribution of content across social platforms.
• Partner with Video Production, Program Management and Business Affairs to bring programs to market.
