Job summary

TerraCRG is expanding with a dedicated Debt Advisory & Brokerage business line in New York. We seek an experienced CRE debt professional to originate, structure, and close financing assignments across markets, leveraging existing relationships and TerraCRG's platform.

The role offers leadership ownership and commission-based earnings with significant growth potential, across markets beyond Brooklyn. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in debt brokerage or advisory, strong lender

Qualifications

CRE debt broker with proven lender relationships and successful financing assignments.
Ability to originate, develop borrower relationships, and convert business development into transactions.
Strong understanding of underwriting, capital structures, loan sizing, and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

Originate financing opportunities through existing borrower and lender networks.
Leverage relationships to source and place debt with banks, debt funds, and lenders.
Advise borrowers on financing strategy, structures, and term sheets.
Structure, present, and negotiate debt opportunities and proposals.
Manage transactions through underwriting, lender selection, due diligence, and closing.
Build and lead the debt advisory & brokerage business line within TerraCRG.
