Elior North America seeks a Food Service Director for Summit operations at Isanti County Jail, MN. You will lead a team of food service workers, manage all aspects of the department, ensure meals are served on time, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a corrections setting.

This full-time, onsite role requires at least two years coordinating food service operations, experience with industrial cooking, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead a team of associates including hiring and training new employees.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budgeting for the department, including purchasing ingredients and meeting targets.
• Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the dining service.
• Addressing customer service needs.
