Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior communications leader to drive proactive reputation campaigns and protect the brand among opinion leaders and the public. You will lead a team of communications professionals and collaborate across Corporate Communications, Marketing, Government Affairs and business leaders to align narratives with Ford's priorities.

Your role combines data-driven insights with bold storytelling to build emotional connections, measure impact, and elevate Ford's reputation

Formación

• 10+ to 15+ years of communications, marketing or brand experience focused on reputation or corporate brand campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Experience leading reputation-enhancing campaigns for consumer brands.

Responsabilidades

• Build proactive reputation campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels.
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop plans to protect Ford's reputation.
• Lead integrated campaigns to shift perception with measurable impact.
• Understand drivers of reputation and prioritize strategic elements.
• Measure sentiment, trust and perception to refine strategy.
