Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate and securities legal experience, including regulated fintech or financial services environments.
• In-house experience strongly preferred; familiarity with public-company reporting and governance is highly favorable.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable corporate governance and securities compliance functions for a global company.
• Prepare materials for the Board and committees and manage governance calendars and controls.
• Support corporate development, including acquisitions, financings, and tender offers, with cross-functional coordination.
