We are seeking corporate development leaders who can help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks, including board decks, target memos, and integration planning materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in‑house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated presentations and slide decks for board approvals.
• Evaluate and refine slide decks for target screenings and synergy analyses.
• Prepare deal update memos and integration planning decks.
• Develop pipeline review materials and executive summaries.
• Ensure high-quality PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear written communication.
