You should have 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house, with expert-level PowerPoint and meticulous written communication. Remote work, flexible 5–20 hours weekly, starting ASAP at $100/hr.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations for board decks and target analysis exhibits.
• Evaluate and polish presentation materials for live transactions, synergy analyses, and deal updates.
