Job summary

ACUITY, A Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a General Manager – Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Affairs to lead the enterprise-wide compliance program and regulatory affairs function. This role will supervise a manager and professionals, ensuring governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence across the organization, including state insurance laws and industry standards.

The position requires 7-10+ years in insurance compliance leadership, a Bachelor’s in business (JD a plus), and is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area; JD a plus.
• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership in insurance compliance, governance and regulatory affairs.
• Experience in corporate compliance and regulatory affairs within P&C insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide corporate compliance program.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and liaison with regulators.
• Develop and maintain governance filings and risk management processes.
• Lead and develop the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team; foster integrity and accountability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
