Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead the communications strategy for a high-growth life sciences leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will partner with senior executives to shape messaging around milestones, development programs, and investor relations.

The role focuses on strengthening reputation management, media positioning, and executive presence in a public-company environment, coordinating internal and external communications and guiding

Qualifications

• 15+ years of communications leadership experience within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations.
• Experience advising C-suite executives in high-growth biotech environments.
• Familiarity with publicly traded life sciences organizations and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated corporate communications strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and communicate the corporate narrative.
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leaders.
• Manage communications related to critical corporate milestones.
• Develop targeted communications strategies for products and the pipeline.
• Protect and strengthen the organization's reputation through proactive and crisis communications.
• Build and maintain media relationships and position the organization as a credible industry voice.
• Drive executive communications initiatives, including presentations and thought leadership programs.
• Coordinate internal communications to support employee engagement.
• Oversee corporate digital communications platforms.
