Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Leader to head Core Intelligence, owning AI brain systems across devices and cloud. You will steer agentic orchestration, memory, RAG retrieval, and model optimization, delivering proactive AI experiences to millions of devices worldwide.

You will mentor senior ICs, shape the intelligence roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance in a fast-evolving AI platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading AI/ML systems and teams.
• Hands-on with LLM/SLM pipelines, RAG, and embeddings.
• Deep knowledge of memory architectures and orchestration.
• Proven ability to guide large-scale AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Core Intelligence organization, owning agentic systems and memory.
• Architect the intelligence layer for hybrid AI across devices and cloud.
• Drive perception-based triggers, wake-word logic, OCR/ASR pipelines.
• Own recommendation and next-action engines with Experience Engineering.
• Lead model optimization for small/medium models on device.
• Collaborate with Platform/Cloud/SRE/Experience teams for reliability.
