Mohegan Sun seeks a senior sales leader to direct the convention and expo sales department. You will oversee strategy, processes, and performance to maximize group and expo revenue. The role combines leadership with hands-on sales execution across assigned markets and events.

You will lead a team, drive topline growth, monitor budgets, and ensure top accounts are cultivated. Strong contract experience and industry engagement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, hospitality, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in hotel group sales, including 3+ years in a convention property with 500+ rooms.
• Minimum 3 years as Director of Hotel/Convention Sales managing a sales team.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of hotel sales contracting with groups.
• Experience selling property with 50,000+ sq ft of meeting space.
• Alternative: 10 years of applicable hotel group sales experience with leadership.

• Direct the business operations of the convention sales department and drive revenue optimization.
