Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant controls/automation/manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years of technical management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading capital projects, automation implementations, and OEE improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement multi-site engineering, automation, and optimization strategies.
• Lead and develop engineering teams with goal setting and cross-training.
• Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Deploy advanced automation, robotics, controls, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Direct capital projects, equipment modernization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Standardize engineering practices and project management processes across plants.
• Manage budgets, headcount, and technology roadmaps; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement and controls optimization to reduce losses.
