Job summary

You will define the studio strategy, build scalable global operations, and manage 50+ staff and partners while applying Lean/Six Sigma and AI-enabled solutions to deliver compliant, high‑quality content at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Creative/Graphic Design or similar field.
• 10+ years in Content Operations, Marketing Operations, or Digital Production.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role within regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Content Studio vision and strategy.
• Lead end-to-end content supply chain operations across stages.
• Scale high-volume, high-quality asset production across channels.
• Oversee demand planning and resource alignment with commercial leadership.
• Establish KPIs and drive data-driven performance improvements.
