Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Knowledge Architecture to lead the CKM function. You will shape the discipline of content engineering, define how knowledge is created, stored, and surfaced, and align CKM with product launches and business needs.

You will manage managers, build scalable processes, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to ensure content systems meet strategic goals and drive organization-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in content strategy, operations, or knowledge management.
• 5+ years of managing managers and distributed teams.
• Experience owning talent decisions including hiring and succession planning.
• Deep expertise in content strategy, knowledge management, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the discipline of content engineering across CKM, setting standards for structure and delivery.
• Own metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture roadmaps across surfaces and applications.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize tooling that improves content quality and efficiency.
• Establish governance and quality checks within content creation and publishing workflows.
• Lead and develop managers and senior team members; set goals and drive accountability.
