Job summary

HappyRobot is hiring a senior Content and Communications leader to shape and amplify the company narrative and market presence. You will establish the strategy, processes, and team to scale communications as the company grows, working closely with founders to define voices and secure high-impact media opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI, automation, or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience building and leading Content, Communications, or Marketing functions.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills with the ability to make complex technology accessible.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on ability to execute in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own HappyRobot's overall company narrative, messaging, and content strategy.
• Build a world-class B2B content and communications organization and position the company as a category leader.
• Develop campaign narratives for ICPs including digital and OOH media.
• Create customer stories, articles, blogs, and content to establish credibility with enterprise audiences.
• Lead a communications strategy around milestones, growth, product innovation, and partnerships.
• Lead founder thought leadership, including executive content and media engagements.
• Build relationships with journalists, publications, podcasts, and conference organizers.
• Identify opportunities for participation in high-impact conversations about AI, automation, and the future of work.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and leadership to ensure consistent narrative.
