HappyRobot in San Francisco seeks a senior Content and Communications leader to build the function from the ground up, shaping the company narrative and messaging for enterprise audiences. You will partner with the founders and leadership to define voices, create high-impact media and thought leadership opportunities, and raise awareness with customers, talent, investors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership building and leading Content, Communications, or Marketing functions.
• 8+ years in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI, automation, or related industry.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills to simplify complex tech.
• High creativity to craft narratives and campaigns that stand out.
• Experience developing company narratives and positioning ambitious tech firms for enterprise buyers.
• Experience working with founders and executives on thought leadership and executive communications.
• Strong understanding of B2B audiences and enterprise technology buying environments.
• Strategic yet hands-on, able to set a vision and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Own HappyRobot's overall company narrative, messaging, and content strategy.
• Build a world-class B2B content and communications organization.
• Develop campaign narratives for ICPs including digital and OOH media.
• Create customer stories, articles, blogs, and content demonstrating impact.
• Lead communications around milestones, growth, product innovation, momentum, and partnerships.
• Develop founder thought leadership and executive content, speaking opportunities and media engagements.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, publications, podcasts, and conference organizers.
• Identify opportunities for participation in high-impact conversations shaping AI and the future of work.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and leadership to ensure a consistent narrative across channels.
