Watershed is seeking a Head of Content to own demand programs and brand/editorial work shaping how the market thinks about corporate sustainability. The role balances hands-on content creation with leading a small team and contractors, plus building AI workflows to scale quality.

You'll guide editorial strategy, surface compelling stories from customers and internal teams, and develop multi-channel content including video series and social content.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in content, editorial, or brand roles, with at least 3 in B2B or technical content.
• Portfolio shows range: opinion and narrative work alongside demand programs.
• Experience growing a corporate or executive audience on LinkedIn or via a newsletter/podcast.
• Experience managing writers or marketers and an interest in mentoring.

Aufgaben

• Own Watershed’s editorial strategy, collaborating with marketing to set goals, calendar, content execution and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute brand initiatives, thought leadership, and partnerships to extend reach.
• Surface stories from within the company, science team, customers, and beyond; create interactive content and data visuals.
• Lead a content marketer and two contractors; build AI workflows and maintain content quality standards.
• Plan and deliver the editorial calendar; connect content to attention, conversion, and pipeline.
• Manage webinar program, demand-gen content, and growth of content channels (social/newsletter).
