Job summary

Strata Robotics builds robotics for the construction industry, and we need someone who speaks both languages: the jobsite and the engineering lab. You’ll bridge contractors, subs, and EPC firms with our core engineering team.

Lead discovery, launch, and growth of pilot programs across construction trades. Develop commercial models, own site visits through to deployment, and travel to active jobsites to protect engineering time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with deep on-site experience.
• Proven track record of building relationships and closing pilots or projects.
• Fluency in construction workflows, safety programs, and procurement cycles.
• Willingness to travel extensively to active jobsites and adapt to an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and launch pilot programs with contractors, EPC firms, and owners — owning them from first site visit through conversion to commercial deployment.
• Translate jobsite realities into product requirements for the engineering team.
• Build trusted relationships with superintendents, project executives, innovation leads, and procurement teams, representing Strata across the industry.
• Develop commercial models that fit how construction buys, and qualify opportunities to protect engineering time.
