Responsibilities

• Lead the construction division and connect office operations with field execution.
• Own division P&L, including estimating accuracy, budget performance, and margin protection.
• Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a subcontractor network that can scale with project demand.
• Develop the processes, tools, and vendor relationships needed for growth.
• Own and enforce the safety program across all active sites.
